Pulse

A short narrative game which explores the symptoms of anxiety, with puzzle elements which we are creating as part of a University project.

We are currently Second Year students studying Game Design, and have been given 13 weeks to develop this project into a finished game utilising various software applications such as Unity, Maya and Blender. 

The creation of this game has been based on the foundation of our individual experiences with anxiety to varying degrees and the very dynamic and varied emotions and feelings which different people associate with it. Through this game we hope to allow for people to develop an understanding of the difference in perception of situations and environments between those who do and those who do not have anxiety, in order to create a more accepting and supportive environment for those with anxiety.

Narrative

Step 1:

Download the appropriate build type for your computer system. (Mac or Windows)

Step 2:

Open the downloads folder and extract the project file from its zip file.

Step 3:

Run Pulse.exe

NOTE:

If you are experiencing  an error while trying to run Pulse.exe, try moving the whole project file onto your desktop and then run Pulse.exe again. If any other issues occur please let us know in the 'Bugs' forum below.
