The worst possible thing has come to fruition: The gorilla got out, and has somehow almost instantaneously learned how to maneuver in zero gravity environments.  Enjoy the best part of any phone call to a larger corporation: navigating the maze of an automated phone help line in hopes that you can survive this particularly lethal chimp event.
